Vivian Fernandes is a Brazilian horror writer with a Journalism degree (Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais) and an advertising background. She fell into storytelling at eleven after discovering Twilight, then went on to obsess over Stephen King, Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, and William Peter Blatty’s The Exorcist. Her debut horror novel, Ouça Meu Chamado, inspired by Appalachian folklore and the wendigo myth, was published in Brazil in 2024.
